I'm sunk. I can already tell I'm going to be wasting far too much time at the character creation screen - with hundreds of possible combinations and virtually limitless detail customization, I'm never going to be able to decide what my character should look like.

Customize the hight, girth and muscularity of your characters body, then work on the skin tones, choose eye color, select facial features including face paint and scars, and then put the finishng touches by tweaking the size, shape and placement of all of your characters features.
